Rendering support for real estate presentations.

Build a consistent still-image package for stakeholder reviews, proposals or marketing preparation from the current architectural and interior design record.

Start with the audience and the decision

A useful image list reflects what the presentation needs to communicate: an arrival sequence, a representative unit, a shared amenity, an exterior character or a hospitality experience. Before production, identify the audience, the project stage and the design elements that are already approved. This prevents a visual from implying certainty where the design is still evolving.

Inputs to prepare

Current drawings and models, view priorities, landscape or context information, finish direction, brand constraints, target use, output sizes and a review calendar.

Outputs to define

An agreed set of still images with named resolutions and feedback milestones. Images communicate design intent; they are not construction approvals or performance claims.

Keep design review and image review connected

Late design changes affect both scope and schedule. A single project contact can consolidate comments from the development, architecture, interior and marketing teams before each feedback round. For hospitality-led projects, see our commercial and hospitality rendering scope and the hotel visualization example.

If the source package is still being assembled, use the visualization brief guide before requesting a quotation.
